Yo sup yall, everyone keep tellin me different way to brush the sides some say just brush the forward and some say brush down and some say brush at an angel....which one is better?

different strokes for different folks. everybody has their own meth/style. what might work for them may not exactly work for you...there are many different variables involved here

try startin at yo crown (baldspot) and brush kinda diangle and down, like this little slash /
