ONLINE RETURNS

To make a return online, please email us with your order number, at support@wavebuilder.com. We will send you a return authorization number and instructions for the return.

Wavebuilder wants you to be 100% thrilled with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with a WaveBuilder.com purchase, please return it for a full refund.

Returned products need to be 75% intact and returned in their original packaging. 

1. Items must be shipped back to us within 30 days of purchase, as indicated on your order confirmation email.
2. Shipping charges are not refundable.

*Note, you can only return Wavebuilder products that were purchased directly from our website. If you purchased in a store or at another website, returns must be made at the original point of purchase.
